17. Green Campus Initiatives at KSIT Known for academic achievement and technological advancements, KSIT also prioritizes environmental sustainability and green campus initiatives. Organic waste composting is conducted on campus, with the resulting compost used in the college's gardens and green spaces. E-waste is also sustainably managed, with old electronic devices collected and transferred to accredited recycling facilities.
Tree plantation drives are held on a regular basis, bringing together students, faculty, and staff to plant and care for trees on and around campus. KSIT's sustainability activities extend beyond the campus and include community engagement.
